HANDS ON NASHVILLE: Hands on Nashville has a huge event coming up called Hands on Nashville Day. If you haven't heard of it, here's how it goes: Teams choose a local school on September 30th, 2006 and spend the morning (8am-12pm) sprucing it up--painting, landscaping, etc. Anyone and everyone can form a team, so how about doing it Sewanee style? With so many Sewanee alums here in Nashville, we could do a lot of good for our local schools if we work together! Not only will this event be a fun, interesting way to meet new Sewanee faces and catch up with old friends, but we will also be demonstrating our commitment and Sewanee's commitment to education and our community.
